G.O. Mondy School Apartments is in the Seventh Ward of New Orleans. The former historic school building was repurposed as a 35 unit senior housing development in 2017 with total development cost of $9 million. This project was a recipient of Historic Preservation Award given by the Louisiana Landmark Society.
